2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and system information) is processed in server log files to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The site is delivered via Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data on our behalf.

3. Contact

If you contact us via the form, email or phone, we process your details (name, contact data, message) to answer your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We store the data for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet statutory retention duties.

4. Google Analytics

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited to analyse how the site is used. Cookies are set and usage data (e.g. pages viewed, approximate location, device type) is transmitted; the IP address is anonymised. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible. Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored in a cookie (cc_analytics) for 180 days.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Please contact info@paccagnel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy this is the “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali” (garanteprivacy.it).
